Actually delivering the merchandise on time and replying to emails. The original deliver date was 8/14. It is now 8'27 and I still do not have the product.... last tracking check the item was still in China..... unhappy right now.

Took over a month to receive this and than received only one not 2 as ordered I have moved from that location I stopped by that house today to retrieve this and than got one yes it’s cute and I love it but it was for 2 of my coworkers so now I have to choose who gets it other than this I liked the pin

I like the pin, except the( do not pet ) writing is very small and hard to read.
You took my money and said you were going to send me something, but I never received anything. There was no tracking information, no estimated delivery date, and no way to find out whether the order had even shipped or where it was going. The communication has been unacceptable. You charged me, provided nothing in return, and gave me no useful information about my order. Based on this experience, I cannot consider this an honest or ethical way to do business. I would not purchase from this company again or recommend it to anyone. It may have been intended as something fun, but it taught me a serious lesson about buying from an unestablished online company.
