The mousepad is much too large and doesn't match the product description at all. Furthermore I got the wrong piece - I ordered the blond one.. Unfortunately, it's completely unusable. I hope I'll get a refund.

Le dimensioni sono troppo larghe per essere considerato un tappetino per mouse. Avevo scelto un'altra stampa rispetto a quella che mi è arrivata. Doveva arrivare il 17 luglio invece è arrivato il 24 luglio. Non rispondono alle mail, non si riesce a parlare con nessuno a fare un reso o ricevere un rimborso per il disagio

Hello, I have not received the good one mouse pad. I have ordered the blond barbie face and I have received the blond barbie who's smoking in a kitchen (not the funny face). Then, the size of this 2 mouses pads are not 26x21 cm but 40x40cm !!! It's too big ! It's not the size which in the description on your site?
